COMPANY OVERVIEW
NPDA offers comprehensive architecture and planning services for new residential and commercial/industrial facilities as well as renovation projects. NPDA services also include project & construction management as well as facility studies and assessments. Sustainable architecture using “green” building materials and technologies is the
cornerstone of the NPDA practice.
NPDA was founded in 2001 by James E. Reed, RA, PE. As an
architect and civil engineer, Jim has more than 22 years experience in
both the private and public sector encompassing a wide
variety of project types. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the US Air Force Academy and an MBA with emphasis in Project & Construction Management from Golden Gate University. As Principal-in-Charge, Jim provides leadership and expertise in each project in cooperation with other design team members.
