Design of the first mixed-use commercial/residential project in the town of Los Alamos in Northern Santa Barbara County. “The Junction” is a two-story, Western-style building encompassing 22,000 square feet. The ground floor will have shops and offices. The second floor will have at least 13 one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Plus, there is an open center courtyard for community events. Western architectural style is following strict Los Alamos Community Guidelines. Initial plans were submitted to Santa Barbara County in Fall 2002. Construction is expected to be completed in 2005. |
